Job summary

Caceis Bank S.A., Germany Branch is looking for an IT Business Analyst in one of the following areas: market connectivity, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, holdings of securities, client reporting and tax.

Main Responsibilities

1. Understanding of business requirements, functional conception, test description and execution of system test
2. Technical coordination and evaluation of technical implementations
3. Experience in IT project management / sub-project management
4. Analysis, coordination and documentation of processes and requirements
5. Support of the departments in the functional and technical problem analysis in day-to-day business

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality
Completed studies in economics or computer science a comparable education (apprenticeship in Banking)

Level of minimal experience
3-5 years

Experience

1. Good knowledge in the management of IT changes / IT projects - (agile / waterfall)
2. Experience in minimum one of the following areas: market connectivity, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, holdings of securities, client reporting and tax
3. Experience in customer communication
4. Experience in process and quality management

Required skills

1. High level of IT solution orientation and strong analytical skills
2. Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
3. Stress stability / resilience, ability to represent the company
4. Ability to deal with conflicts, ability to work in a team and team orientation, reliability

Technical skills required

1. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

3. Knowledge of Java and/oder Mainframe would be a plus
