As a provider of powerful planning and scheduling solutions, INIT Mobility Software Solutions GmbH supports transportation companies worldwide in efficiently managing their operational processes related to timetable planning, round trips, and services, as well as dispatching drivers and vehicles.

As a specialist in our software solutions, you will handle complex incident tickets forwarded by our 1st & 2nd Level Support. You will ensure documentation of all necessary information in the ticket system JIRA, investigate, analyze, and resolve software errors, and deliver independent software updates.

Requirements include a vocational training as an IT specialist, a degree in IT, or relevant practical experience. You should have experience in 3rd Level Support, knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL), basic object-oriented programming skills, and proficiency in German and English. French skills are a plus. Additionally, an interest in experiencing the results of your work on international projects through occasional travel is desired.

This is a full-time position (999Z FULL_TIME).
