Your Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsibility for central IT core applications, including technical administration, updates, and license and user management – in particular for our DMS & workflow system, CAD & PDM applications, project and personnel management tools, measurement and simulation technology, as well as web interfaces and hosting
• Supporting employees with first and second-level support and technical documentation
• Working closely with the specialist departments to adapt and implement specific requirements in IT systems
• Strengthening IT security through targeted configurations and regular updates
• Maintaining and further developing our websites, including user analysis, domain administration and web interfaces
• Independent implementation of exciting IT projects – from software evaluation to implementation and user training
• Design and development of the IT system landscape at the application level in coordination with specialist departments, IT management and parent company

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, an IT-related training as a business administrator or a comparable qualification – supplemented by several years of experience in the administration of various IT applications
• In-depth knowledge of software solution administration, ideally in DocuWare, Personio, SolidWorks, Microsoft M365 & Power Platform, as well as web interfaces and hosting
• Confident handling of technical support – from error analysis to documentation
• Experience in the independent implementation of IT projects, particularly in the adaptation and implementation of IT solutions for specific departments
• Excellent consulting and service skills as well as excellent communication skills in business fluent German and sound English
• Enthusiasm for analyzing complex interrelationships and the motivation to optimize existing systems while helping to shape the future
