For a modern maximum care hospital in southern Germany, we are looking for an IT Application Manager (m / f / d) Hospital Information System (HIS) IMedOne for a permanent position as soon as possible.
The facility has several locations, around 1,200 beds and treats around 40,000 inpatients per year. Over 3,000 employees are involved in medical, nursing, therapeutic and administrative areas. In addition to clinical care, the extended healthcare campus also includes an education center and research activities.
The clinic's IT department offers a wide range of activities:

- Assisting with the configuration of the HIS in close cooperation with internal system managers
- Advising specialist departments on the implementation of their requirements in the HIS
- Development and implementation of training courses for key users
- Analysis of requirements and support with process optimization
- Supporting the entire test and update process, including independent implementation of system updates
- Documentation of solutions and development of an internal knowledge database
- Active participation in projects, in particular as part of a strategic HIS optimization project
- Management and coordination of external IT service providers for troubleshooting and system enhancements
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of (medical) informatics, IT-related training or comparable qualification
- Alternatively: IT-savvy background with experience as a key user in a medical, nursing or administrative role in a hospital
- Several years of experience with clinical and administrative processes in the healthcare sector, ideally with the iMedOne system
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and strong analytical skills
- High level of initiative, ability to work in a team and a service-oriented mindset
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
