About your tasks:

1. Conduct process analyses, impact assessments, and requirements analyses to ensure alignment with business goals.
2. Perform IT-Governance assessments and develop and document governance policies and procedures.
3. Monitor IT-Governance performance and risks, and prepare insightful reports and presentations.
4. Implement and utilize advanced IT-Governance analysis tools to improve efficiency and compliance.
5. Support the adoption of best practices and provide recommendations for process optimization.

About you:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in analyzing IT processes, systems, and data.
3. Strong knowledge of IT-Governance frameworks, standards, and tools.
4. A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
5. German proficiency (B1 / 2 level) to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
