The tasks include the continuous maintenance and further development of existing systems as well as the implementation of new technical requirements as part of modern IT operations.

• Planning, expansion and support of switches and other active network components within the existing infrastructure.configuration,
• Updating, monitoring and replacing switches and integrating new devices into the network.
• Support for the city's backup system, including the addition of new servers, databases and backup plans.
• Supervision and monitoring of the backup processes, including error analysis, fault processing and creation of reports
• Planning and carrying out regular recovery tests and disaster recovery scenarios. In addition, control and maintenance of backup components such as storage systems, tape drives, backup servers
• Administration of mobile device management (MDM) for the city administration's mobile devices

Expertise in monitoring and error analysis of network components
