Location: Hamburg or Altenholz

Position: Client Administrator

Your Tasks:

• Administration, installation, and configuration of client operating systems and system migrations
• Configuration, monitoring, and administration of core infrastructure systems (e.g., Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM)
• Ensuring availability, performance, and operational security according to defined SLAs
• Creating and updating documentation
• Serving as the main contact for clients
• Troubleshooting mobile services

Your Qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship as IT specialist or a degree in computer science or equivalent
• Detailed knowledge of Windows 11 client OS and Windows Server
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in administration of Microsoft Active Directory
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell)
• Communication and teamwork skills, customer-oriented and independent work, self-organization, process- and goal-oriented working style
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty (total of 3-4 weeks/year)
