• First response to Endpoint-related incidents
• Alerting Security Ops of potential threats
• Creation of FAQs, Self-Services, and How-Tos
• Managing IT assets and ensuring compliance
• Handling On/Offboarding processes
• Hardware provisioning, User access management, and communication with HR and Purchasing
• Ticket management for Managed Service providers (abtis, BadenIT, yalos)
• Asset management
• End User Support (personal, email, remote)
• Administration and configuration of Endpoint Management Systems (Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Mobile Device Management)
• Managing the internal Service Portal (Freshservice)
• Software distribution across devices
• Collaborating with external partners on hardware decisions and Windows Autopilot deployment
• Managing O365 licenses and Proofpoint administration
• Handling IT Security Incidents
• Participating in internal IT projects

Your Profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a degree in computer science
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and PowerShell
• ITIL experience is desirable
• Service-oriented mindset, independent, careful, and team-oriented work style
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with endpoint management systems (e.g., Intune, SCCM) and automation with PowerShell
• Experience in an international IT environment is advantageous
