What You'll Be Doing

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software issues remotely and on-

site

Maintain servers, switches, networks, and client infrastructure

Install and configure new IT solutions

Lead server migrations and network rollouts

Ensure secure, smooth IT operations for diverse customers

Your Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

Vocational IT training or comparable experience

Strong in : Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Office

Familiar with VLANs, LAG, and switch stacking

Service-driven, reliable, and independent

Nice-to-Haves

SQL Server knowledge

Firewall configuration experience

Familiarity with IT security and infrastructure projects
