Responsibilities

• Plan and execute international R&D studies in the field of user experience.
• Assume tasks in the area of competence work for interactive prototypes and products.
• Design user interfaces for digital and non-digital products.
• Supervise product development process through Human Centered Design.
• Create personas, user journey maps, and wireframes; collaborate in the development of prototypes.
• Pass on the User Centered Design mindset.
• Technically support sales and marketing departments.
• Collaborate in the development of prototypes and products.

Qualifications

• Graduate aged between 18 and 28 years.
• French or citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA).
• Master’s degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent preferred.
• Enjoy R&D and innovation-driven work.
• Motivated with the capacity to work out solutions independently.
• Fast comprehension and high level of initiative.
• Interested in working in an international environment; very good English skills (basic German skills are an advantage).
• Good degree of flexibility and willingness to work abroad.
