Die Rolle umfasst die Administration von Windows-Systemen, Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern und aktive Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten. Anforderungen umfassen eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und gute Deutschkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Systemen (Client & Server).
• Grundkenntnisse in Linux-Systemen von Vorteil.
• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an Verbesserungen.

Aufgaben

• Support und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur mit Fokus auf Windows.
• Koordination mit externem IT-Dienstleister.
• Dokumentation von IT-Systemen, Prozessen und Änderungen.

IT Administrator (m/f/d)

As a medium-sized company with around 50 employees, we have been planning and implementing modern communication systems for public transport for over 25 years. These include passenger information systems, passenger counting systems and on-board computer systems.

All product development - from design to hardware and software to production - is carried out in-house.

MG devices are used in thousands of vehicles worldwide.

Our IT infrastructure is a central component of our success. We are now looking for an IT administrator (m/f/d) to work with our external IT service provider to ensure smooth operation - and to gradually expand our internal IT.

Your Tasks

• Support and further development of our IT infrastructure with a focus on Windows environments
• Coordination and collaboration with our external IT service provider
• Management of Microsoft Office, Active Directory, MS-SQL and Exchange
• Support and our internally and externally used Jira/Confluence system
• Network management incl. firewall, VPN, WLAN and switches
• IT support for your colleagues
• Documentation of IT systems, processes and changes
• Design and participation in IT projects, system conversions and security concepts
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
• Experience in the administration of Windows systems (client & server)
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems is an advantage
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networks and IT security
• Structured, independent way of working and enjoy improving things
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German skills
