Your tasks

• As a member of a team of specialists, you are jointly responsible for the design and implementation of innovative solutions, both at a functional and technical level
• Contributing to the strategic development of the IT infrastructure and security on the way to the cloud
• Support in the planning, installation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure as well as problem analysis and 2nd level support
• Active participation in the further development of the service portfolio

Your profile

We are looking for qualified individuals with extensive experience in the field of IT infrastructure who have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.

You will also have

• Extensive experience in the administration of Microsoft systems on- and off-prem, as well as basic services, such as Active Directory, Exchange online
• Knowledge in the administration of server systems, the implementation of Azure services and their resources and new technologies
• Experience in re-architecture from on-prem environments to cloud based solutions
• Migration scenarios, the preliminary analysis and the necessary process steps, including to adjacent systems, are practiced
• Know-how in monitoring with regard to monitoring system performance and ensuring availability and security
• Ideally you have SQL knowledge and know the basics of SQL
• Experience in 2nd level support using ITSM helpdesk tools
• Process-oriented and conceptual way of thinking
• Service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Passion for innovative solutions and effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in challenging situations and proactive work attitude
• Curiosity and interest in new trends and technologies
• Certification path: Microsoft certifications, alternatively "Microsoft365" training and certification program up to date
• Initial experience with agile development methods is an advantage
