Zusammenfassung

SpaceTech GmbH is seeking an IT Administrator to strengthen its internal IT team in a dynamic, high-tech environment at Bodensee region. You will manage Windows and Linux infrastructure, AD/Entra ID and M365 services, and oversee virtualization, networks, and security.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in IT or related field or relevant practical IT administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Experience with virtualization, storage and SAN/NAS environments.
• Networking knowledge: VLANs, WLAN, VPN, DNS and DHCP.
• Scripting skills: PowerShell and Bash; Python a plus.
• Interest in AI tools, automation, APIs and AI agents.
• Good English and German skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic and structured problem solving.
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Admin and further development of Windows and Linux IT infrastructure.
• Admin of Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Admin of VMware ESXi, virtual machines, storage and backup systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot networks, VLANs, WLAN, VPN, DNS and DHCP.
• Administer and monitor firewalls (Sophos).
• Install and support clients, mobile devices, printers and workplace IT.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and access issues.
• Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar.
• Support IT security, patch management, hardening, monitoring and documentation.
• Evaluate and implement AI-supported workflows using OpenAI, Claude, APIs and AI agents.
• Participate in internal IT projects with IT team and external service providers.

Become IT Administrator (m/f/d) at SpaceTech

Due to the continued growth of SpaceTech and increasing requirements in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digitalization and AI, we are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to strengthen our internal IT team.

Your Tasks as IT Administrator at SpaceTech

• Administration and further development of our Windows and Linux IT infrastructure
• Administration of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Intune
• Administration of VMware ESXi, virtual machines, storage and backup systems
• Configuration and troubleshooting of networks, VLANs, WLAN, VPN, DNS and DHCP
• Administration and monitoring of firewalls, in particular Sophos environments
• Installation and support of clients, mobile devices, printers and workplace IT
• User support and structured troubleshooting of hardware, software, network and access issues
• Automation of recurring tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar technologies

Your Skills and Experience as IT Administrator at SpaceTech

• Degree in IT, computer science or a comparable field, or relevant practical experience in IT administration
• Motivated graduates with strong practical IT knowledge are also welcome to apply
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and Linux
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Intune
• Experience or good practical understanding of virtualization, backup systems and SAN / NAS environments
• Good understanding of networking, switching, VLANs, firewalls and troubleshooting
• Scripting skills, particularly PowerShell and/or Bash; Python is a plus
• Interest in modern AI tools, automation, APIs and AI agents
• Good understanding of IT security principles
• Pro‑active, pragmatic and structured approach to problem solving
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills
• Good English and German skills
