Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Management and development of Linux servers (Ubuntu/RHEL)
• Performance optimization, security, and system availability enhancement
• Ensuring IT security through targeted measures and continuous monitoring
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and decision templates
• Installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting, always adhering to SLAs and OLAs
• Integration of technical solutions and presentation of results
• Responsibility for security topics and participation in on-call duties

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist or degree in computer science (or equivalent qualification)
• Solid knowledge in Linux server administration (Ubuntu/RHEL)
• Deep understanding of IT systems and software, especially on Linux, with practical experience with tools like Ansible, PAM, Keycloak, and OpenLDAP
• Experience in programming with Python and Bash
• Willingness to continuously develop, including new areas like Windows Server
• Knowledge of ITIL and agile methods
• Structured working style and ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently
• Teamwork and initiative in a dynamic environment
