• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers and networks
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software components
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Implement and manage security policies as part of establishing ISO 27001
• Assist users with technical problems and inquiries
• Collaborate across departments with DevOps
• Inform and train employees on new technologies and systems
