What You Can Expect

Projects in the area of Windows Server: As an IT system administrator, you will plan, implement, and support complex Windows server environments. Responsibilities include configuring, monitoring, and optimizing server services to ensure smooth performance.

Networking: You will develop and maintain network infrastructures, including planning, configuring switches and routers, troubleshooting, and ensuring network security.

Cloud Technologies (Azure, M365, Private Cloud): Involvement in projects related to the implementation and administration of cloud technologies, including setting up Azure services, managing Office 365 environments, and maintaining private cloud data centers.

Deployment and Automation: Carrying out deployments of servers and network components, developing automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

PowerShell: Automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts to enhance IT process efficiency.

Teamwork and Knowledge Sharing: Working within a dedicated and experienced team that values collaboration, best practices, and mutual support.

What We Expect From You

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of system installation and setup, including software packaging
• Extensive experience with Windows server administration; certifications like MCSA/MCSE are advantageous
• Deep understanding of networking, including switches, routers, VLANs, routing protocols, and security; experience with Cisco-Meraki and Sophos is a plus
• Practical experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, Office 365, and Private Cloud Data Center; relevant certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in software packaging
• Business fluent German and good to very good English skills for effective communication with customers and international team members
• Team spirit, flexibility, and ability to work precisely and solution-oriented under pressure
