What You'll Do:

• Administration, maintenance, support and optimization of the network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments.
• Monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring system reliability and security.
• Implementing, managing, and enforcing network configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues across various devices and locations.
• Assisting in incident response, security investigations, and risk mitigation related to network infrastructure.
• Managing and maintaining firewalls, switches, routers, and other critical networking hardware.
• Configuring and administering network access control, VLANs, and security protocols.
• Supporting the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network infrastructure.
• Conducting regular network audits, vulnerability assessments, and performance analysis.
• Collaborating with IT security teams to ensure network security aligns with organizational policies.
• Providing documentation, reports, and network diagrams for internal stakeholders and audits.
• Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network administration.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent knowledge in configuring and maintaining network devices (FortiGate, HPE Aruba, Unifi).
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, and network security best practices.
• Solid experience with ZTNA implementation.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Checkmk, Nagios, Zabbix, and SolarWinds.
• Experienced in working with ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex network issues and delivering effective solutions.
• Understanding of ISO 27001 or similar security compliance frameworks.
• Quick to adapt to new networking technologies and evolving business requirements.
• Effectively documents and shares knowledge with internal teams.
• Maintains composure under pressure and responds promptly to critical network incidents.

Nice-to-haves:

• ITIL v4 Foundation certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) for network automation.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent.
