In your new position, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related problems and inquiries for all Lab14 Group employees as well as the local IT contact person on site. You will represent the IT Shared Service Center to our internal customers (users) and act as the “face of IT”. Are you a strong communicator and not afraid of new and exciting challenges in a high-tech environment? Then we look forward to receiving your detailed application documents.


Your mission
  • First and second level support
  • Acceptance, analysis and processing of support requests from users
  • Documentation of support requests in a trouble ticket system and forwarding to the responsible departments as required
  • Close cooperation with the IT team to isolate and solve IT-related problems
  • User & rights management
  • Installation, configuration and administration of end devices
  • Installation, configuration and administration of the Microsoft environment
  • Ensuring the operation of the IT infrastructure used
  • Active participation in current IT projects and processes
  • Expansion and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge database

Your profile
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware
  • Advanced network knowledge
  • Operating knowledge of Windows required, Linux and virtualization desirable
  • Experience with the administration of Microsoft 365
  • Good Active Directory knowledge
  • Initial first-level support experience
  • ITIL knowledge (ideally certification) desirable
  • At least language level B2 in German and English
  • Proven ability to deal with new IT topics and master changing IT challenges
  • Friendly & communicative appearance, enjoyment of IT as well as independent and solution-oriented work round off your profile
