Jobbeschreibung

Product Management Issuing is responsible for the development and portfolio management of all consumer and commercial card products issued under the various brands of Deutsche Bank Group. This includes ownership of the product PnL and end-to-end responsibility for the underlying debit and credit card processes. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational processes for card-based payments, issuing cards, and managing the complete lifecycle. Managing vendors involved in these processes also falls under Product Management Issuing. Driving growth and developing card products and portfolios strategically are central to this role.

Reliable, digitized processes are essential to support the product and meet customer demand, especially as the number of issued cards increases. Growth leads to more customer requests, which need to be handled by product experts at the 2nd level. A support unit will be established to assist external and internal clients with expert knowledge, help resolve issues, identify root causes, and improve products and processes.

Your role and key responsibilities
  1. Support business and clients (internal/external) as product experts and 2nd level point of contact with relevant product/process knowledge.
  2. Ensure daily operations of card products by executing business and product processes aligned with Deutsche Bank quality standards.
  3. Support development of the Issuing proposition to foster growth by maintaining smooth product processes.
  4. Assist in the development and launch of new products and manage product portfolios.
  5. Contribute to the implementation of the future Target Operating Model (TOM) for Issuing.
  6. Support the implementation of projects related to card issuing.
Your skills and experiences
  1. Deep understanding of Deutsche Bank's card operating systems, applications, and related processes.
  2. Strong ability to think in processes and ensure quality standards.
  3. Extensive experience in process analytics and design.
  4. Knowledge of the German card industry, including products (debit and credit cards), value chains, authentication methods (e.g., 3DS), and regulatory requirements, is a plus.
  5. Experience in project management and implementation.
  6. Team-oriented with high motivation, commitment, and a customer-centric mindset.
  7. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
