Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Specialist is dedicated to specific Accounts and is responsible for directing and executing Sales plans/programs. The Inside Sales Specialist will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, foster, and establish a sustainable relationship with the assigned accounts and identify growth opportunities.
  2. Embrace industry practices and appropriate digital business tools to drive results.
  3. Leverage virtual selling tools to execute the following disciplined selling processes to attain quota:
    1. Purposeful account planning
    2. Time and territory management
    3. Funnel opportunity management/CRM proficiency
    4. Value-added solutions selling
  4. Act as an advocate for the accounts and assigned customer base by providing training and facilitating communication between the customer and Regal Rexnord Divisions via digital means.
  5. Maximize new business and cross-selling opportunities via the BU Playbooks.
  6. Work collaboratively with Field Sales Teams to deliver exceptional sales and customer support.
  7. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate channel partner needs on an ongoing basis; drive adoption of company programs among assigned channel partners; and educate end users and distributors on differentiation and value of Regal Rexnord Products.

Job Requirements:

  1. Be technically curious and competent in building the knowledge and application of all Regal Rexnord products in served markets. Engage proficient technical support as required.
  2. Sales and/or Marketing experience in a solutions-selling environment in B2B industry dealing with OEM End Users and Distributors. Industrial manufacturing or powertrain industry experience preferred and BA/BS in Industrial Technologies/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Distribution or related field.
  3. Understanding and working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and BI Tools.
  4. Passion to drive Continuous Improvement through 80/20 principles.
  5. Ability to effectively make digital presentations.
  6. Understand that there are many moving parts in an organization and must be able to successfully navigate in Regal Rexnord's matrix organization. Understanding and implementing strategies for sustaining profitable growth are key to staying ahead of the competition. Analyze the market and think beyond the short-term.
