Detailed Job Description:

• Strong knowledge of Business Processes.
• Conduct business analysis to improve PLM and innovation processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP solutions.
• Design and optimize master data architecture, including Material, BOM, Document Information Record, and Serial Number.
• Ensure smooth integration of PLM and ERP systems.
• Lead the implementation, testing, and rollout of SAP-based applications.
• Stay informed on SAP S/4 innovations and recommend best practices.
• Oversee testing phases to validate process efficiency and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure end-to-end business processes.
• Help customers adopt SAP Best Practices.
• Create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP).
• Conduct Business process blueprint sessions with end users and gather requirements.
• Create Functional specifications and Functional design documents.
