Your Responsibilities

• Manage our clients' property rights portfolios on a project basis, including the formal processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models (remotely from our office).
• Independent and responsible input of data into the internal system as well as administration, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Training of internal employees from other Dennemeyer locations regarding the formal processing of IP rights.

Your Profile

• Educational background in the IP area (e.g., apprenticeship as Paralegal, Patent Attorney Assistant, or similar) or several years of relevant professional experience.
• Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Precise and autonomous way of working with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and tracking deadlines.
• Fluency in English; German is mandatory, and French is an asset.
