We are looking for a self-driven and experienced IoT Sales VP to be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, including demand creation, business closure, and account management. Responsibilities:

  • Position: Vice President of Sales (IoT Solutions)
  • Location: Germany

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve year-over-year revenue growth and margin targets across IoT portfolios.
  • Manage P&L for the sales organization, focusing on market expansion and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
  • Implement sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize team productivity.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close complex enterprise IoT deals with a total contract value exceeding $1 million.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement.
  • Cultivate relationships with C-level executives in key enterprise clients and global partners.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align solutions with market needs.
  • Articulate value propositions through tailored proposals and executive presentations.
  • Monitor IoT industry trends, competitors, and technological developments to inform strategic decisions.

Experience:

  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience in IoT, telecom, or technology sectors, with at least 3 years in a VP, Senior Director, or equivalent strategic leadership role.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience, leading sales teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $50 million in annual revenue targets and closing enterprise deals with a total contract value over $1 million.
