We are looking for a self-driven and experienced IoT Sales VP to be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, including demand creation, business closure, and account management. Responsibilities :

Position : Vice President of Sales (IoT Solutions)

Location : Germany

  • Strategic Leadership & Revenue Accountability: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve year-over-year revenue growth and margin targets across IoT portfolios. Own P&L for the sales organization, driving market expansion and profitability.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, etc.). Implement sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize team productivity.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and close complex enterprise IoT deals (greater than $1M TCV). Build pipeline through strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate C-level relationships with key enterprise clients and global partners. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align solutions with market needs.
  • Market Positioning: Articulate value propositions through tailored proposals and executive presentations. Monitor IoT competitive landscape (trends, players, technologies) to inform strategy.
Experience :
  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience in IoT, telecom, or technology sectors, with at least 3 years at VP, Senior Director, or equivalent strategic leadership role.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including leading sales teams, mentoring managers, or directing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $50M+ annual revenue targets and closing enterprise deals (greater than $1M TCV).
