We are looking for a self-driven and experienced IoT Sales VP to be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, including demand creation, business closure, and account management. The role offers an opportunity to be a key part of a challenging, dynamic, high-growth environment. This is a telecommute position.

Responsibilities
  • Position: Vice President of Sales (IoT Solutions)
  • Location: Germany
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Revenue Accountability: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve year-over-year revenue growth and margin targets across IoT portfolios. Own P&L for the sales organization, driving market expansion and profitability.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Engineers. Implement sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize productivity.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and close complex enterprise IoT deals (>1M TCV). Build pipelines through strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate C-level relationships with key enterprise clients and global partners. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align solutions with market needs.
  • Market Positioning: Articulate value propositions via tailored proposals and executive presentations. Monitor IoT industry trends, competitors, and technologies to inform strategy.
Experience Requirements:
  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience in IoT, telecom, or technology sectors, including at least 3 years in VP, Senior Director, or equivalent strategic leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, leading sales teams, mentoring managers, or directing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $50M+ annual revenue targets and closing enterprise deals (>1M TCV).
