We are looking for a self-driven and experienced IoT Sales VP to be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, including demand creation, business closure, and account management. Responsibilities :
  • Position : Vice President of Sales (IoT Solutions)
  • Location : Germany
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership & Revenue Accountability
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve year-over-year revenue growth and margin targets across IoT portfolios.
  • Manage P&L for the sales organization, driving market expansion and profitability.
  1. Team Management & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team including Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
  • Implement sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize team productivity.
  1. New Business Acquisition
  • Identify, negotiate, and close complex enterprise IoT deals exceeding $1M TCV.
  • Build a pipeline through strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement.
  1. Customer & Stakeholder Relations
  • Cultivate C-level relationships with key enterprise clients and global partners.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align solutions with market needs.
  1. Market Positioning
  • Articulate value propositions through tailored proposals and executive presentations.
  • Monitor IoT market trends, competitors, and technologies to inform strategy.
Experience & Background:
  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience in IoT, telecom, or technology sectors, with at least 3 years in VP or senior strategic leadership roles.
  • 3+ years managing sales teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $50M+ annual revenue targets and closing enterprise deals over $1M TCV.
  • Preferred background includes leadership at top-tier organizations or IoT wireless module sales/BD experience (e.g., Quectel, Sierra Wireless, Telit).
