Role Description

• Join us in shaping the future of eBay advertising! Be an integral part of the team building out a new unified advertising platform – a foundation of eBay marketplace.
• You’ll be working on a variety of the services, tools and components and will be actively involved in all aspects of development. You will also be expected to

Design and build high-performing, reliable solutions for high-throughput, distributed systems using a variety of third-party and eBay internal libraries and frameworks

Integrate closely w / colleagues in different functional groups and remote offices

Communicate effectively within your team and across teams

Contribute to technical conversations and debates, and decide upon approaches and tools to utilize

Balance strong ownership and teamwork

Research, innovate, deliver and grow

Job Requirements

BS / BA in Computer Science or related field

Experience developing iOS applications & commercial software with Objective C and Swift

Experience with SwiftUI

Experience with Jira (or other issue tracking software), familiarity with OpenAPI / Swagger, exposure to the Agile process

Experience with Xcode, GIT, profilers and debuggers

Experience integrating with web services & using HTTP, TCP / IP and databases

Experience working with GraphQL

Knowledge of core CS concepts such as common data structures and algorithms

Code samples from private github repos, side projects, and open source project contributions is a plus

Compensation / Salary Range : The typical pay range for this role is : USD $40 / hr - $45 / hr. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
