About the Company

As a member of our cross-functional iOS team, your work will be geared towards advancing the worldwide success of our products. By deploying and utilizing leading-edge technologies, you will design and develop new functionalities for millions of users of WEB.DE, GMX, mail.com, and 1&1 worldwide. You will have the opportunity to work with open source projects and take advantage of "slack" days, where you can explore new technologies or develop pet projects to actively improve your skills.

Responsibilities

1. Develop high-quality iOS applications: Write structured, testable, and maintainable code in Swift (Objective-C knowledge is a plus). Provide guidance on complex topics and actively participate in architectural discussions, offering meaningful feedback. Strive to improve the existing codebase and your coding and soft skills.
2. Code reviews: Provide and accept constructive feedback during code reviews.
3. Team participation: Engage actively in team ceremonies and occasionally participate in cross-team initiatives.
4. Hiring and onboarding: Participate in hiring processes and onboarding new team members.
5. Product enhancement: Contribute ideas to enhance our products and provide technically sound feedback to product owners and UI/UX teams regarding new features.
