I’m working with a leading tech company looking for a strategic Investor Relations Officer to join their team fully remotely. This role offers direct interaction with senior management (C-Level) and the chance to shape the company’s communication with investors and analysts.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and consolidate financial and strategic information for investor communications
• Develop materials for earnings calls, roadshows, and shareholder meetings
• Manage relationships with investors and sell-side analysts
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and peer activity
• Support financial valuation modeling and ad-hoc projects to improve the IR function

Your Profile :

• Experience in Investor Relations or a strong background in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
• Excellent financial analysis skills and understanding of valuation methods
• Strong communicator able to present complex information clearly
• Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working fully remotely
• Prior IR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
