Job Title: Investment Services Associate

The goal of Investment Services is to identify and communicate risks and returns and to provide mitigation solutions to enable the Investment Committee to make an informed decision. To assess and communicate the risk/return characteristics of acquisitions, contributions, developments, and dispositions, whether they be third party or with funds managed by Prologis, Investment Services partners with Market Officers, Development Managers and Regional Heads. The core activities of the team are to coordinate and contribute to the underwriting and the Investment Memorandum, execute on due diligence and contribute to a range of projects (including thought leadership on market analysis, ESG, etc.). This requires collaboration with a wide variety of departments within Prologis.
The role is responsible for financial modelling, composing written reports, due diligence and process management of the developments, investments, financings and dispositions as well as special projects, research and market analysis.
This exciting opportunity is for someone with a solid understanding of risk/returns and a proven track record in project coordination and financial modelling. Experience with real estate valuations/investment analysis, DD (TDD & EDD) and ESG are an advantage. The position provides a unique window on the capital markets activity of Prologis' centralised and regional teams.
