PER in Munich is seeking an investment professional to join its lower mid-market team. You will find and screen opportunities in industrial technology, business services and MedTech across the DACH region, and run financial analysis and valuation and LBO modelling.

You will coordinate due diligence with external advisers, work with portfolio companies and the in-house operations team on value creation, add-on acquisitions and exit preparation. Fluent German and English are required.

Competenze

• Solid academic background in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• A couple years of professional experience, including initial private equity exposure.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English are a must.

What the job involves

• Finding and screening investment opportunities in industrial technology, business services and MedTech companies across DACH
• Running financial analysis, valuation and LBO modelling
• Managing due diligence workstreams and coordinating external advisers
• Working closely with portfolio companies and the in-house operations team on value creation, add-on acquisitions and exit preparation
• Contributing to the firm's development as a member of a small, entrepreneurial team with broad experience across PE, investment banking and consulting

Who we are looking for
