HV Growth is looking for an Investment Intern in Berlin to join the Growth Investment Team in the first half of 2027, assisting across early-stage deals.

You will analyse opportunities, build financial models, support memos and IC discussions, and help monitor portfolio KPIs.

This role suits someone with an excellent academic record and internships in VC, banking, consulting, or startups, with a practical, hands-on mindset.
