Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the M&A process, from deal origination through due diligence, negotiation, and closing

• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including developers, investors, and other industry participants

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities

• Evaluate and assess potential transactions, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic fit

• Develop and present investment proposals to senior management and investment committees

• Work closely with legal, financial, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of transactions

• Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies, including financial and operational performance, risk management, and strategic planning

• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to inform investment strategies and decision-making

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or related field, with a focus on renewable energy

• Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector

• Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
