Moonwalk Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for an Investment Banking Analyst to Associate/VP track in Frankfurt. You will work with a leading European investment bank on M&A, corporate finance, and capital markets transactions across the DACH region, from day one.

You will perform modelling, valuations, and due diligence, preparing client materials and driving deal execution in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–6 years of experience at a top-tier Investment Bank, M&A boutique, or Strategy Consulting.
• Strong transaction experience in M&A, corporate finance, or capital markets.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparables, precedent transactions).
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Master’s degree with excellent academic record.
