Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing acquisitions
• Structuring fundraisings and IPOs
• Providing strategic corporate finance advice
• Liaising with accountants, lawyers, financial experts, regulatory bodies, and director-level clients
• Overseeing and managing regulatory administration within Corporate Finance
