Investment Banking Analyst

Join Investment Banking team (M&A, Corporate Finance) in Munich as an Analyst, with a focus on Healthcare and Business Services.

Tasks:

1. Independently prepare short profiles and information memoranda including the analysis of income statements, balance sheets as well as cash flow developments of the target companies.
2. Organization and compilation of the necessary information of the electronic data room and supervision and coordination of the due diligence process.
3. Evaluation and analysis of offers including ongoing reporting for M&A processes.
4. Evaluation of data sets to derive operational and strategic courses of action.
5. Transfer of research and analyses into meaningful charts.
6. Preparation of market and competitor analyses as a basis for strategic positioning recommendations.

Profile:

1. Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree with a business focus.
2. Various internships in the field of M&A and/or corporate finance are an advantage.
3. You are familiar with calculation methods such as DCF, WACC or FCF.
4. You have a high degree of independence, commitment, initiative and flexibility.
5. You enjoy working in an international environment.
6. German language skills on a native level as well as good negotiation skills in English.
