Qualifikationen

• Strong internships in M&A / Investment Banking, ideally within boutiques or advisory firms.
• Exposure to TMT, Telecom, Technology or Digital Infrastructure is highly advantageous
• Alternatively, first full-time experience as an M&A Analyst
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
• Fully professional German and strong English
• Genuine interest in TMT and transaction execution
