Qualifikationen

• 1–6 years of experience at a top-tier IB, M&A boutique, or strategy consulting
• Strong transaction experience in M&A, corporate finance, or capital markets
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparables)
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong commercial mindset with attention to detail
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
