• Entrepreneurial mindset and sound commercial judgement with ownership within a small team.

The firm acquires businesses with untapped potential and works closely with management teams to establish their independence, improve performance and support long‑term growth.

The team is looking for an Investment Associate to support the evaluation and execution of new investments, alongside the development of existing portfolio companies. This opportunity offers exposure to complex transactions and the operational decisions that drive investment returns.

You will:

• Evaluate investment opportunities through company analysis, market research and assessment of business models.
