BANKING CONSULT Executive Search in Munich collaborates with an entrepreneurial private equity fund to strengthen its investment team. The role targets an Investment Manager with a genuine passion for Technology to take on transaction responsibility from day one, from acquisition to exit, and to contribute to portfolio development.

You will conduct market analyses, build financial models, monitor portfolio companies and prepare reports.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction consulting or management consulting.
• Independent performance of balance sheet, P&L, cashflow analysis, company valuation and financial modelling.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills combined with a structured approach to work.
• High level of commitment, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
