Zusammenfassung

ACL Partners in Munich invites applications for a Private Equity Associate to join a growing mid-cap fund. You will support buyout transactions across the full investment lifecycle, build and analyze financial models, and coordinate due diligence alongside the investment team.

Prepare investment memos and management presentations while actively supporting portfolio companies on strategic value-creation initiatives. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in Private Equity or Tier 1 Investment Banking (M&A)
• Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Solid transaction exposure within M&A or buyout environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory

The Role
