Your Responsibilities:

• Support the acquisition team in sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate investments
• Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel to evaluate deals
• Conduct market and asset due diligence, support transaction structuring and investment committee processes
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and portfolio updates for internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; advanced Excel knowledge is a must
• University degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to grow within a fast-paced investment environment
• Fluency in German and English
