Investment Analyst (m/w/d) in Renewable Energies

As part of our multinational team, you'll play a pivotal role in the investment process—identifying opportunities, leading negotiations, and refining workflows—collaborating across departments to shape sustainable energy's future.

Your Responsibilities

• Support deal teams for wind, PV projects, and battery storage systems (BESS) transactions in Europe, from sourcing to closing.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence with external consultants.
• Perform financial modeling of wind and solar parks.
• Lead commercial and contract negotiations (purchase agreements, GCA, project development, O&M, full maintenance).
• Manage project financing and PPAs with internal departments during transactions.
• Present transactions and recommendations to the investment team, senior management, and supervisory board.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Initial experience in wind, PV, and BESS sectors; quick learner of new concepts.
• Strong financial modeling skills for cash flow-based investments.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, flexible, responsible, and committed.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
