• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; sector understanding.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management teams.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Evaluate investment opportunities and leads
• Produce the analytical foundation for evaluating investment opportunities including material preparation for key decision-making forums and financial modelling
• Contribute to the development of business plans for portfolio companies and work closely with management teams to create operational value
• Support portfolio management activities related to existing and new investments
• Create investment memoranda to the investment committee
• Support analysis and execution of strategic initiatives and business development topics
• Build relationships with advisors, brokers, and counterparties

The Strategic Transactions team drives the firm’s strategic, complex and structured situations, joint venture setups, platform building, and corporate buyout transactions (M&A and public-to-private transactions) with a sector- and geography-agnostic investment scope.
