With a hands-on investment approach, the team supports portfolio companies in strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and expansion opportunities.

Role Overview

The Investment Analyst will provide analytical and research support across the full investment cycle, from deal sourcing and evaluation to portfolio monitoring. This role offers excellent exposure to private equity investing and is ideal for ambitious graduates or early-career professionals with strong quantitative skills and a keen interest in small-cap investing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial modelling, company valuations, and industry research to support investment decisions.
  • Assist with screening and evaluating new investment opportunities.
  • Support due diligence processes and preparation of investment committee presentations.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in the preparation of regular reporting materials.
  • Provide research and analysis on markets, sectors, and potential investment themes.
  • Work closely with senior team members, gaining direct exposure to the full investment lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or full-time) in investment banking (M&A), consulting, or Big 4 Transaction Advisory preferred.
  • Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in German and English required.
