Qualifikationen

  • University Degree in Automotive Engineering or similar technical field.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in automotive aftersales business.
  • Strong technical understanding, including hydrogen and EV technologies.

Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the largest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. handles the entire aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai and Kia in Europe.

Your profile

  • University Degree in Automotive Engineering or a similar technical field
  • At least 4+ years’ experience in the automotive aftersales business, manufacturing, or service
  • Technical knowledge in automotive aftersales parts
  • Strong technical understanding of passenger and commercial vehicles, including hydrogen and EV technologies
  • Independent, proactive, and self-starting
  • Good programming skills in MS Office (Access, SQL, Python, PowerBI is a plus)
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams and manage conflicts
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
  • Experience in analyzing part master data of new models and handling technical and part master issues with stakeholders
  • Preparing initial stock data with a technical perspective for warehouses across EU & UK
  • Managing, following up, and optimizing inventory order processes
  • Supporting inventory planning team members in maintaining optimal stock health
  • Collecting and analyzing datasets from stakeholders, including sales schedules, targets, and part master data
  • Strong analytical skills to develop forecasting logic from scratch and provide new insights
  • Implementing countermeasures to prevent and minimize B/O (Back Orders)
  • Improving inventory KPIs

Support of internal inventory processes

  • Providing technical support for Mobis Parts Europe and other PDCs (Parts Distribution Centers) as needed
