Job summary

Henkel in Düsseldorf, Germany, invites motivated students to join the Global Packaging team on a six-month internship to advance the packaging sustainability agenda and contribute to regulatory readiness for PPWR. You will support data analysis, prepare internal workshops, and help shape packaging roadmaps and sustainability targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Student in sustainability, packaging technology, materials science or environmental engineering.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in sustainability, packaging and regulatory topics.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a global team environment.

Job description

Support the Global Packaging team in advancing Henkel’s packaging sustainability agenda, with a focus on regulatory readiness for the EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

What you´ll do

• Support data analysis of Henkel’s packaging portfolio in relation to PPWR compliance criteria
• Assist in preparing internal workshops and stakeholder communications
• Contribute to the development of packaging roadmaps and sustainability targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business insights and technical documentation
