Job summary

Henkel is seeking a student intern to join the Strategic Marketing Product and Portfolio Management team at our Düsseldorf headquarters for a six-month program. You will work on priority projects such as product selector rollout, portfolio transformation, and market strategy initiatives, collaborating with SBUs and stakeholders.

In this internship, you will develop Power BI skills, create presentations, and support end-to-end development while gaining exposure to global markets and diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in economics, marketing, industrial engineering, business chemistry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of initiatives and projects to drive the market strategy.
• Coordinate communication with SBUs, functions, focus areas and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Prepare business presentations and documents for stakeholders.
• Track and support activities and monitor execution by relevant parties.
• Support end-to-end development of product selector versions after Power BI onboarding, aligned to SBUs' market, application and regional needs.

About this Position

Join the Strategic Marketing Product and Portfolio Management team, and work on top priority projects within the change agenda of Henkel Adhesives Technologies, such as further rollout of product selector, sustainable portfolio transformation, and more.

This is an ongoing position. You are welcome to apply at any time, for any start date.

What you’ll do

• Support the implementation of initiatives and projects to drive the market strategy
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with SBUs (strategic-business-units), functions, focus areas and other stakeholders to achieve goals of assigned projects
• Prepare business presentations and documents and deliver them to business stakeholders
• Track and support the implementation of activities for assigned initiatives and control the execution by the relevant parties
• After a hands-on Power BI onboarding you will support us in the end-to-end development of product selector versions according to SBUs need in structure regarding market, application and regional customization needs
• Student who is currently enrolled in the field of economics, marketing, industrial engineering, business chemistry or a related field
• Fluent English language skills; German skills are an advantage
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications
• Power BI experience or high motivation to learn Power BI
• Strong technical literacy and analytical skills
• Good communication skills to work with business stakeholders as well as the ability to work with large groups of users
• Self-confident team player, who is highly driven, bringing a hands-on mentality, and a positive mindset
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf for a duration of six months, ideally starting in January 2027
