Job summary

Henkel is offering a six-month internship at our Düsseldorf headquarters in the Strategic Marketing Product and Portfolio Management team. You will work on priority projects including the product selector rollout and sustainable portfolio transformation, with hands-on Power BI involvement.

We seek an enrolled student in economics/marketing/industrial engineering/business chemistry with fluent English (German a plus) and strong MS Office skills. Flexible hours and hybrid work are available.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled in economics, marketing, industrial engineering, business chemistry or related field.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills and Power BI interest/experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-confident team player with hands-on mindset.
• Available for full-time internship at HQ in Düsseldorf for six months, starting January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives and projects to drive the market strategy.
• Coordinate communication with SBUs, functions, focus areas and stakeholders.
• Prepare business presentations and documents for stakeholders.
• Track and support implementation of activities and control execution.
• On completion of Power BI onboarding, support end-to-end development of product selector versions per SBUs' needs.

About this Position

Join the Strategic Marketing Product and Portfolio Management team, and work on top priority projects within the change agenda of Henkel Adhesives Technologies, such as further rollout of product selector, sustainable portfolio transformation, and more.

This is an ongoing position.

What you´ll do

• Support the implementation of initiatives and projects to drive the market strategy
• Coordinate communication and collaborationwith SBUs (strategic-business-units), functions, focus areas and otherstakeholders to achieve goals of assigned projects
• Prepare business presentations anddocuments and deliver them to business stakeholders
• Track and support the implementation ofactivities for assigned initiatives and control the execution by therelevant parties
• After a hands-on Power BI onboarding youwill support us in the end-to-end development of product selector versionsaccording to SBUs need in structure regarding market, application and regional customization needs

What makes you a good fit

• Student who is currently enrolled in the field of economics,marketing, industrial engineering, business chemistry or a related field
• FluentEnglish language skills; German skills are an advantage
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications
• Power BI experience or high motivation to learn Power BI
• Strong technical literacy and analytical skills
• Good communication skills to work with business stakeholders as well as the ability to work with large groups of users
• Self-confident team player, who is highly driven, bringing a hands-on mentality, and a positive mindset
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf for a duration of six months, ideally starting in January 2027

Weoffer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exactamount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type ofinternship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
