Job summary

Schaeffler offers a six‑month internship. The basic requirement is enrollment in a degree program and the position can be filled immediately.

You will support learning projects, help prepare materials, and assist with events while working with colleagues across Europe in an international setup. Ideal candidates have study in economics or related fields, strong German and English skills, and a proactive, customer‑oriented work style.

Qualifications

• A degree program in Economics, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a comparable field of study.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Confident use of MS-Office.
• Creativity, commitment and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support our team in Qualification & Learning-related projects and activities, such as the implementation of new learning concepts, administration of training sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS), reporting, and ticket management
• Contribute to the preparation, analysis, and evaluation of communication materials on strategic topics
• Help create and maintain intranet content for internal communication purposes
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and team meetings
• Work closely with colleagues across Europe in an international environment
